The official insurance platform for buildings in Lagos State, in partnership with Lagos State Government and LASBCA. Under LASBCA 2026 regulations, all buildings must carry valid insurance. We make compliance simple and fast, with licensed underwriters at regulated pricing.
Yes. Under LASBCA 2026, all buildings must carry valid cover. Without it, fines reach ₦5,000,000 and LASBCA can seal your building. Every policy here is auto-registered with LASBCA for instant verification.
When you pay, your policy auto-registers with LASBCA and you receive a number (format: LASBCA-REG-YYYY-NNNNN). It is your proof of compliance. Inspectors verify it via QR code scan.
LASBCA can fine you up to ₦5M and seal the building until you are compliant. Inspectors conduct regular sweeps, especially in commercial districts. Your QR code on this platform proves compliance instantly.
Three inputs: building size (floors and plots from the Lagos registry), location-based cost per square metre, and construction quality. You can increase it above the calculated minimum if you have premium finishings, but never below, this protects you from being under-insured at claim time.
Based on NAICOM-regulated rates: Fire premium (0.35% of replacement value) plus Occupiers Liability (15% of fire) plus an admin fee of ₦5,000 and LASBCA remittance of ₦2,500. All underwriters charge the same regulated rate.
All charge the same NAICOM-regulated rate. What differs is service: Casava settles claims in about 5 days with a 4.9 rating. Leadway in 7 days with the largest customer base. AIICO in 8 days with strong institutional backing. All are NAICOM licensed.
Workers Compensation is built in. If staff are injured on premises, the policy pays medical bills and up to 25% of annual salary if disabled. Salary figures set the payout cap. Data is used only for underwriting and claims.
A NAICOM-certified safety officer assesses your building, extinguishers, wiring, exit routes, and provides a written report. Customers who act on the advice typically see 8–15% off at renewal.
₦200 one-time per policy. Renewal reminders and claim updates on WhatsApp in addition to email. Popular if you prefer faster claim updates or do not check email often.
₦50,000 covers everything inside your building that is not structural, laptops, servers, furniture, inventory. Your main policy covers the building itself. Worth it if equipment value exceeds ₦2–3M.

Every customer gets an assigned adviser who handles onboarding, quotes, and claims support. Their contact is shown on your policy detail. You can WhatsApp, call, or change adviser from Settings.
